Stainless Steel 439 sheets and plates contain approximately 17.35% chromium, 0.5% nickel, and trace amounts of titanium and other elements. Stainless Steel 439 Hot Rolled Sheets have excellent corrosion resistance. The sheets are available in sizes from 3mm to 150mm in thickness and up to 2500mm in width. They are widely used in the construction and automotive industries.
Superior corrosion resistance is given by Stainless Steel 439 Cold Rolled Plates. These plates are produced in the thickness range from 0.5mm up to 6mm and in width up to 2000mm with a smoother surface finish and mechanical properties better than hot-rolled plates.
