Stainless Steel 316Ti Sheets and Plates contain the following elements in the form of percentage: Chromium (16-18%), Nickel (10-14%), Molybdenum (2-3%), with traces of Titanium (0.5-1%) and Carbon (max 0.08%). The presence of Titanium has enhanced resistance against sensitization and intergranular corrosion. Its mechanical properties include tensile strength between 520-700 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation between 40-50%. It makes this alloy perfect for high-temperature and harsh applications, including chemical processing and marine applications, through excellent corrosion resistance.
