Stainless steel 321H is a high-carbon stainless steel 321, composed of 17-19% chromium, 9-12% nickel, and up to 0.08% carbon. It is also alloyed with titanium that enhances its intergranular corrosion resistance. This alloy has good oxidation properties at high temperatures and retains good mechanical properties up to 870°C. It is highly resistant to sulfuric, hydrochloric, and phosphoric acids. Its advantages include high strength, excellent weldability and resistance to heat and corrosion, making it ideal for use in hot environments and harsh conditions.
