Stainless Steel 316Ti Pipe Fittings contain iron, chromium (16-18%), nickel (10-14%), molybdenum (2-3%), and a small addition of titanium (up to 0.7%) to improve high-temperature stability. These pipe fittings have good mechanical properties with tensile strength about 515 MPa, yield strength about 205 MPa, and elongation about 40%. Its outstanding resistance to corrosion, especially against pitting and crevice corrosion, allows the application in extreme environments. The addition of titanium improves resistance to sensitization, thus ensuring durability and reliable performance in high-temperature and corrosive applications.
