Stainless Steel 17-4 PH Flanges are primarily made up of iron, with chromium (about 15–17%), nickel (3–5%), copper (3–5%), and small amounts of elements like manganese, silicon, and niobium to boost strength. This martensitic precipitation-hardening alloy is known for its impressive mechanical properties, including high tensile strength, remarkable hardness, and significant toughness across a broad temperature range. After heat treatment, its yield strength can surpass 1000 MPa, making it perfect for high-stress environments.
